- Share content that is illegal under Indian law or applicable local law.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the service.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or access others' data.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the app or its content without permission.
- Use the app for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of content you post. By sharing content through the app, you grant Insta News Telugu a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit that content as required to operate the service (e.g. delivering messages, displaying profile photos). We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. Content that violates these terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law may be removed without notice.
News articles and media displayed in the app are sourced from third-party RSS feeds and public sources. Insta News Telugu does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party news content. See our News Policy for details.
- We may review user reports and take moderation actions including content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
- Accounts found to be in serious or repeated violation of these terms may be terminated without notice.
- You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account or via this page).
The Insta News Telugu name, logo, app design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insta News Telugu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, revenue, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is zero for free use).
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top will reflect any changes.
